The youth ministry of Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Newark is a community that seeks to be transformed by Christ through teaching, fellowship, and mission.
Teaching: We have weekly teachings based on God’s Word and focused on the Gospel message of the free gift of grace that is offered to us through Christ Jesus.
Fellowship: We are a loving community that recognizes we are all sinful people in need of God’s grace that are working together to grow in our knowledge and love for God. To that end we have frequent activities and times of fellowship for the youth to form genuine relationships with each other.
Mission: We are committed to serving our church, community, and the world through service projects and mission trips.

Sunday School
Sunday School for January-May has two separate classes:
Sr. High - Apologetics: Defending the Christian Faith - Led by Rev. Caleb Evans
Jr. High - A Study of Exodus - Led by Mr. Micah Freer
Youth Group
Youth Group meets on Sunday evenings. For the Spring we will meet every Sunday night from January 19-April 27 (with the exception of April 6, and 20) from 5:00-7:00pm. Youth Group is open to all students between 6th and 12th grade (Middle school-High school).
Every week we enjoy fellowship through games, worship through songs, and a time of teaching. Every other week includes group discussions broken up by grade and gender (eg. Sr. High boys and girls and Jr. High boys and girls).
On alternating weeks we also enjoy a pizza dinner as a group. The dinner is free and includes gluten free options as well.
