WIC SCHEDULE—SPRING 2010
Women in the Church (WIC) meets September-April, Wednesday mornings from 9:00-11:00 in the Fellowship Hall and Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00 in the Library. The Spring 2010 study is the Letter to the Ephesians, based on Sinclair Ferguson's Commentary: Let's Study Ephesians.
Special Events are:
- March 17th - Wilma Cross will be at both morning and evening WIC giving an update on her ministry in Chile. A salad lunch will follow morning WIC.
- April 28th - A speaker from Door of Hope will give an update on their ministry, followed by lunch. A "shower" for their Mother's Closet will be held.
April 28th will be the last day of morning WIC, barring any more snow days, for the spring. Evening WIC will continue a couple more weeks until Wednesday Family Night ends for the season.
WIC also has a book club that meets 2-3 times a year at a member's home for lunch and to discuss a preselected/pre-read book.
The WIC quilting group meets monthly to make baby quilts for our covenant babies and lap robes for our senior women.
